RK Fumigation (Pvt) Ltd is committed to providing professional fumigation and pest control services. Because our services are service-based and not physical products, our return and refund policy differs from traditional product returns.
1. Service Returns
As our services involve completed inspections, treatments, and on-site work, services once delivered are generally non-returnable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Payment was made in error or duplicated.
- A service was charged but not delivered due to cancellation by us.
- A refund has been approved by management based on a verified service issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Services have already been completed.
- Customer changes mind after service booking or delivery.
- Expected results are affected by customer non-compliance with treatment instructions.
- Reinfestation occurs due to environmental or external factors beyond our control.
- Delays caused by customer unavailability or restricted site access.

If you have concerns regarding a completed service, please contact us promptly.
Where applicable, we may review the matter and may offer:
- Follow-up inspection
- Re-treatment (if covered under service terms)
- Alternative resolution at our discretion
5. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations should be requested before scheduled service delivery.
- Cancellations made before service dispatch may be eligible for refund review.
- Once service has commenced or been completed, refunds may not apply.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, may be processed through the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
